ICT & Introduction to AI

Programs

At CIC, every stage of learning is designed to help students learn with curiosity, grow with confidence, and succeed with purpose.

Ages 2–3

Play Group

Focuses on sensory exploration, social interaction, and early language development through play-based learning.

Ages 3–4

Junior Kindergarten

Builds curiosity and communication through guided play, early literacy, and numeracy activities.

Ages 4–5

Senior Kindergarten

Encourages independence, creativity, and foundational academic readiness through inquiry-based exploration and hands-on learning.

Grades 1–8

Elementary Program

Rooted in the Ontario Curriculum, the elementary years emphasize a balanced, inquiry-driven approach to language, mathematics, science, social studies, and the arts. Students build critical thinking, collaboration, and problem-solving skills while developing strong character and global awareness.

Grades 9–13

Secondary Preparation

From Grade 9 onward, students transition to the Pearson Edexcel International IGCSE and IAL programs, while continuing to draw from the Canadian curriculum’s learner-centered philosophy. This dual framework allows students to benefit from both systems — combining academic rigor with creativity, global citizenship, and real-world readiness.
